Lydia started her real estate career in 2004 as an unlicensed assistant. With her love for helping people, she thought getting her license in 2006 was the next logical step. She has gotten much joy and job satisfaction out of helping many clients buy and sell around HRM, South Shore and Hants County. Having lived in and loved Hammonds Plains since 2005, Hammonds Plains, St Margarets Bay area and Sackville are her main areas of focus. Lydia has experience with residential, new construction, condo and small investment properties. Her and her husband have owned multiple rental properties since 2007 as they truly believe investing in real estate is valuable. She has also gone through the home building process herself.
