Susan has had a love of Real Estate for many years! Having spent quite a few years in the US, Susan became a licensed Realtor while living in Houston, Texas. The experience and training she had put her at the top of her game. She earned US designations such as ABR, ALHS, ASR, AHWD and CNE. From Texas, Susan spent some great years in the Beaches area of Toronto before relocating back home to Sydney, Cape Breton where she grew up. Her diverse experience prepared her for the changing Real Estate market. She is well placed to assist clients, both local and from other provinces or countries who are purchasing a home or looking at investments.
