Enjoy some outdoor space with patio doors from the living room to an outside deck. The upstairs has a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms, and the main bathroom. The lower level has a stackable washer and dryer, rec room with patio doors out to the back yard. Over the years, we’ve put a lot of care into making thoughtful upgrades and improvements which include new kitchen and primary bedroom windows (2023), new kitchen and bathroom sinks, faucets and shower heads (2021), new stove and kitchen lights (2021), and a new front door lock. One of our favorite things is how close we are to nature, there are beautiful walking and biking trails, peaceful parks, and lakes just minutes away. The big, mature trees surrounding the area gives it a calm, private feel, yet we are only 15 minutes from downtown. Close to amenities including shopping, the Canada Games Centre, Keshen Goodman Library, and the BMO Soccer Centre. Plus, with bus routes nearby and access to the 102, getting around is super easy.
