ViewPoint Realty Services is looking for a detail-oriented, professional self-motivated individual to join the team as our Service Coordinator. The position is based in our Bedford office, reporting to the Controller. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and very comfortable with computers and online technology.
Responsibilities will include:
- General reception
- Receiving online and telephone inquiries from consumers
- Receiving and prioritizing support requests from ViewPoint agents
- Coordinating and following up on service requests, ensuring consumers are promptly connected with the appropriate ViewPoint agent and that service standards are maintained
- Recording, screening and prioritizing inquiries in accordance with company process and policy
- Providing feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve processes and systems
- Updating process and policy documentation
- General bookkeeping tasks related to posting invoices in trade management system
- Dealing with documentation requirements, handling incoming commission payments and downloading documentation on completed files
Qualifications/Skills include:
- Experience in Real Estate administration would be considered an asset
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with consumers, agents and employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with others to support the team
- Promote process improvement
