ViewPoint Realty Services is looking for a detail-oriented, professional self-motivated individual to join the team as our Service Coordinator. The position is based in our Bedford office, reporting to the Controller. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and very comfortable with computers and online technology.

Responsibilities will include:
  • General reception
  • Receiving online and telephone inquiries from consumers
  • Receiving and prioritizing support requests from ViewPoint agents
  • Coordinating and following up on service requests, ensuring consumers are promptly connected with the appropriate ViewPoint agent and that service standards are maintained
  • Recording, screening and prioritizing inquiries in accordance with company process and policy
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve processes and systems
  • Updating process and policy documentation
  • General bookkeeping tasks related to posting invoices in trade management system
  • Dealing with documentation requirements, handling incoming commission payments and downloading documentation on completed files
Qualifications/Skills include:
  • Experience in Real Estate administration would be considered an asset
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with consumers, agents and employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with others to support the team
  • Promote process improvement
